The Piekary Gallery presents a new exhibition anima by Magda Hueckel. Show contains artist’s works – a personal record of multiple journeys through Africa taken in the years 2005 – 2013, a catalog of fleeting moments and mysterious atmospheres. The aim of the project is to lift the veil of the secrecy and show the “spirit” (anima) of the African continent where one can cross what is real and climb into an invisible dimension of beliefs, magic and spirituality.
